Andrew van den Born

Managing Director, Global Head of CPRI for FinanciaI Institutions, WTW,

Based in their London headquarters, Andrew has 30 years industry experience and specialises in the structuring and placement of complex credit and political risk insurance programmes for all types of international projects and trade, working closely with lenders, private equity funds, exporters, ECAs/DFIs, traders and investors.

He started his career as a credit reinsurance broker and has spent time at various brokerage houses prior to joining WTW in 2010.  Andrew is a regular contributor to trade magazines and has spoken at various international structured trade and commodity finance conferences.

After reading law at London University, Andrew obtained a Masters’ Degree in International Trade Law from the London School of Economics.
