Clarine is an expert in structured finance in Emerging Markets with 30 years of experience across all continents including Africa, Latin America and Asia. She has extensive experience in corporate and investment banking advising and arranging project and structured financings. Clarine has worked for various international financial institutions (Citibank, ING, CA-CIB and JP Morgan).
Clarine is leading Global Trade at MIGA (part of the Worldbank) based in Washington, DC. Before joining MIGA, initially as a consultant in 2020, Clarine was a Managing Director at JP Morgan and Global ECA Head for Infrastructure where she led a team based out of London, New York and Singapore. She has worked on numerous high profile landmark transactions and won several awards. Clarine has advised and arranged billions of dollars of financing in Emerging Markets.
Clarine holds a Master’s degree in International Finance from Columbia University, NY, USA and a BA from European Business School in Germany. Clarine speaks fluent English, French, Dutch and German.
